He was born at 8:08 a.m. Sept. 14, 2016, in OSF Saint Anthony’s Health Center in Alton, the son of Robert Michael Sebastian III and Angela Isetta Anderson, both of East Alton. He weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 20 inches. Grandparents are Robert Michael Sebastian II of Royal Lakes, Gwen Kelly of Bethalto, Edward Anderson of Alton and Norma Tucker of Cottage Hills. Big sisters, Kyannah and Jasmin, are ages 13 and 1. Big brother, Tyrese, is age 11.
