Liberty Aline Smith was born at 8:04 p.m. Sept. 5, 2016, in Alton Memorial Hospital, the daughter of Travis and Anna Smith of Alton. She weighed 6 pounds, 9 pounds and was 18 inches long. Grandparents are Don and Frances Bradshaw of Conroe, Texas, and Leonard and Donna Smith of Omaha, Ill.
