Robert “Bob” Louis Franko, 94, of Granite City, died at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017, at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City and five days later, Carolyn Ann Franko, his wife of 73 years, 91, of Granite City, died at 2:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13, 2017, at St. Clare’s in Alton. Visitation will be 3:30 p.m. until services at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017, at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory with military honors. Private burial for both will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
