He was born at 1:38 p.m. Dec. 30, 2016, in OSF Saint Anthony’s Health Center in Alton, the son of Timothy Wayne Mitchell and Samantha Brooke Murphy, both of Wood River. He weighed 9 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 21 inches long. Grandparents are Randy Mitchell of New Douglas, Janice Mitchell of Alton, Rick Murphy of Jerseyville, and Traci Whitehead of East Alton. Big sister, Brooklyn, is age 3.
